CREATIVE EXECUTION

I wanted to create an illustration by hand that would also be cute for young ages. I started off experimenting with colors and developing a gopher character. Then I decided upon watercolor and collage as the medium. I painted various pages, drew on top with colored pencil for texture, and then cut out the elements. Finalizing the illustration involved gluing elements down, getting a high res scan, and then working in Photoshop to clean things up.
